BEFORE YOUR BIG DAY

• Fill out the “Live Wedding Painting Application” form below to inquire about your special day. I will then get back to you to chat about details and any questions you may have.

• Secure your date with a 20% deposit and signed contract.

• 3-5 weeks prior to the wedding we will have a meeting to talk about all the fun details of your painting! We will discuss your vision, colors, posing, the moment you want painted, etc. to ensure the final piece is to your liking.

YOUR WEDDING DAY

• I will show up 2 hours before the wedding ceremony to set up my paint and easel and begin the painting. Once guests begin to arrive the painting will be underway.

• I will be taking pictures of the moment you want captured in your painting so to reference back to it throughout the night. The entire painting process takes 4-6 hours.

• By the end of the night I will have your painting ready for you to see and take home!

Pricing starts at $1200

• The starting price includes your painting of you and your spouse, a white frame, 4-6 hours of painting on site, and the cost to drive 100 miles round trip from my home (I am located near Richmond VA). If your selected venue is further than the 100 miles then we can discuss the travel fee prior to booking.

   • 12x16 watercolor painting with high quality paper and vibrant colors.

   • At the end of the night your painting will be mounted in a beautiful white frame for guests to admire and for you to take home.

   • Your wedding day includes 4-6 hours of live entertainment as guests can watch the painting unfold!

3. GOLD

   • 16x20 watercolor painting with high quality paper and vibrant colors.

   • At the end of the night your painting will be mounted in a beautiful white frame for guests to admire and for you to take home.

   • Your wedding day includes 5-7 hours of live entertainment as guests can watch the painting unfold!

Q: Are you LGBTQ+ inclusive?

A: Absolutely! This is a safe space and I want you to know I will take care of you no matter who you are, your background, how you identify, etc.

Q: If I’ve already celebrated my big day, can you still paint it?

A: Yes! All you’ll need to do is go to my custom wedding paintings page where you can choose from several different options and sizes! I will then reach out to you about details once you’ve purchased the painting through that page.

Q: Will you finish my painting by the end of the night?

A: Yes! Although, sometimes I have to take home the larger 16x20 paintings depending on if you have asked for more than just you and your spouse to be painted. Larger quantities of people takes longer to paint.

Q: Can my art come framed?

A: Yes! A beautiful white frame is included in every package.

Q: How far are you willing to drive to make it to a venue before it’s too far?

A: Because of other work, family life balance, and health concerns, the furthest I can drive to a venue is 4-5 hours. Anything further then that will require further discussion on plane tickets which will be review together once your wedding application is submitted.
