Shipping and Exchanges


SHIPPING

COMMISSIONS: Please understand that processing custom orders can take some time. Once you submit an order for a custom piece, I will be in touch with you within 24 hours. It is then that we will talk about ETA for painting and shipping your art.

Expect to receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase. If this process looks like it might take longer (ex: I am out of town, family emergencies, etc) then you will receive an email from me about your new shipping timeline.

PRINTS: I currently outsource all of my prints so as not to spend money stocking up on prints that might not ever sell. Once prints have been ordered it takes about 5-7 days business days for me to receive them. You will receive a confirmation email once I have received and shipped your order to you.

Occasionally I do have a handful of prints already in hand and ready to be shipped. If you have any questions about the timeline of the arrival of your purchase, feel free to contact me and I will be in touch!

I ship via USPS, so please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

PACKING

All originals and prints will be signed and packed in a protective sleeve and shipped in a rigid fiberboard envelope for protection. All other physical products will be packaged safely with padding and protection to keep them from being damaged. I am not responsible for damage due to shipping services (USPS).


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

PRINTS: My goal is for you to be happy with your orders! If there is anything you are not 100% satisfied with then I will provide you will a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charge if not due to an error on my end).

Please contact me about returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order if damaged or not to your liking.

ORIGINALS: Unfortunately due to the nature of custom orders. requests, or commissions, these cannot be refunded. I am also not liable for any mishandles or failed deliveries by the shipping services (USPS).
